Send in your brailler

How to send your brailler in for repairs:

Package brailler: Place the brailler in a box for safe shipping. Allow a minimum of 2 inches between the widest part of the brailler (feed knobs) and the box. You may use standard packing material, bubble wrap and newspaper to pad and protect the brailler. The smallest, yet safest box, measures 17 1/4″ x 11 1/4″ x 8″, no harm in having a larger box.

If you must use shipping peanuts, please wrap the brailler in a trash bag or other means to prevent the packing material from getting inside the brailler.

Shipping within the United States: The brailler can be shipped via USPS from you to us for free, categorized as Free Matter for the Blind.

Please include a note inside the box, with your contact information (full name, address, phone number, and email) and a detailed description of what is wrong. If we have discussed via email, then you can disregard the description, but please always include your contact information.

Shipping box

If you do not have an appropriate shipping box, let us know, we can work with you to send you a suitable box, shipping labels, and packing materials to send in your brailler for repair. A turnkey solution for sending your brailler to us.
